How We Ship Your RailSpirit Gear

Built for the Journey

At RailSpirit, each order marks the beginning of a new journey. Our team is committed to getting your custom items produced and delivered swiftly and securely — so you can enjoy your train-inspired gear without delay.


Made-to-Order Production Time

All products at RailSpirit are individually crafted just for you.

  • Production Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for us to prepare your order (weekends & holidays excluded).

  • You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your item ships.

  • We begin production after your payment is confirmed.


Shipping Options & ETA

Total Delivery Time = Production (3–5 business days) + Shipping time

We proudly ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times vary by region:

United States:

  • Economy Shipping: $6.99 | Delivery in 8–12 business days after production

  • Express Shipping: $29.99 | Delivery in 5–8 business days after production

International Shipping:

  • Economy Shipping: $6.99 | Delivery in 10–20 business days after production

  • Some remote destinations may experience slightly longer delivery times due to customs clearance.

🎁 Free Shipping in the USA:
Orders of $99 or more qualify for Free Economy Shipping.


Order Tracking

  • Every RailSpirit shipment comes with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s progress.
  • If you don’t see tracking details within 7 business days, check your spam/junk folder or reach out to us directly.

  • You can also view tracking updates by logging into your account and checking your account order history.


Customs, Duties & International Taxes

If you're ordering from outside the U.S., please be aware of the following:

  • Your country may apply customs fees, duties, or import taxes.

  • These fees are not included in your purchase price and must be paid by the recipient.

  • Refusing to pay duties will result in the package being returned — we cannot refund shipping costs in such cases.

  • We can't declare packages as “gifts” for customs purposes, in accordance with international regulations.


Address Changes & Lost Deliveries

  • Wrong address? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order — we’ll update it.

  • If a wrong address leads to a lost shipment, we’re unable to issue a refund.

  • Marked as “Delivered” but not received?

    • First, check with neighbors, mailboxes, or your local post office.

    • Still no luck? Contact the shipping carrier or email us.

  • Lost in transit? Reach out within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, and we’ll help track it down.


Holiday Shipping Notice

Please plan ahead during peak shopping seasons!

  • Production and shipping may take longer during major holidays — especially November to December.

  • To avoid delays, we recommend placing holiday orders 3–4 weeks in advance.

  • Watch our website and social media for cutoff dates and updates.
